All returns require an RA Number or will not be accepted. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. We will gladly accept most items meeting the above criteria, no questions asked, for the original selling price EXCLUDING shipping and handling fees, with exception to the items listed below. Cost to return items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be postmarked NO LATER than 7 Calander Days from receipt of order to be accepted.We highly recommend that all returned items be shipped via a trackable method, such as USPS with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS Ground. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit unless tracking information is available.
General Returns - Non-Defective
Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and Cartography
Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
VHS tapes and HD-DVD
VHS tapes and HD-DVD items are non-returnable, except for defective items. In the case of defect, The Movies and More Store will provide a replacement ONLY, unless the title is no longer available in our warehouse.
Item Defects
All defective items must be returned to our warehouse for replacement. The cost to return the item will be refunded within 2 business days of our receipt of said return, as long as postage paid is clearly shown on the outside of the package.If an item is discontinued and/or not in our warehouse, and a replacement cannot be shipped within 5 business days of your return being received, a full refund, including the original shipping and cost to return as stated above, will be issued..
