The Movies and More Store offers the following Returns Policy:

All merchandise, unless specifically stated otherwise, is guaranteed to be free of defect for 30 days from date of receipt. Should your purchase not work correctly, simply email service@moviesandmorestore.com to receive a Return Authorization and replacement item.

We will happily accept any unopened, resellable merchandise for return up to 14 days from date of receipt, for the original purchase price, EXCLUDING shipping costs. Cost to return items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact as above for a return Authorization.
